For millions of people all over the world the answer has been to turn to one of the traditional Chinese martial and/or healing skills such as Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced (Chee-gung). These ancient arts have been proven time and time again to heal, strengthen and relax the body and mind.
Debbie also teaches workshops for Cubs and Brownies, and for other social groups such as the W.I.
