Taichi Cringleford

How can we enhance our health and sense of well being, learn to relax and free the mind and body of tension?
How can we improve our posture, co-ordination, suppleness and energy levels?

For millions of people all over the world the answer has been to turn to one of the traditional Chinese martial and/or healing skills such as Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced (Chee-gung). These ancient arts have been proven time and time again to heal, strengthen and relax the body and mind.

Welcome to Taichi and Qigong for the retired in Cringleford, Norwich. Gentle, relaxing and mysterious Chinese style exercises for health and well-being. Especially beneficial for older people.
